PlateReady™ THP-1 are designed for seamless integration into immune system disorder, immunology, and toxicology research. Our vials contain 5 million THP cells per vial and each well of our plates contains 50k cell/well (500k cell/mL), cryopreserved using Cryologyx’s patented CryoShield™ formulation, ensuring over 80% cell viability post-thaw. These cells maintain healthy morphology, normal proliferative capacity, low apoptosis levels, and intact membrane integrity. THP-1 cells can be easily differentiated into macrophages, offering versatility for various functional applications in research.
