  • PlateReady™ THP-1 96-U Well Plates THP-1 96 U-bottom well plates contain THP-1 cells cryopreserved using CryoLogyx’s patented CryoShield™ formulation.

    Simply store these plates at -80°C until needed and they are ready-to-use 24 hours post-thaw.

  • Each well of our plates contains 50k cells (500k cell/mL).

  • Immediately transfer to -80 °C freezer. Note: Storage at higher temperatures (>-80 °C) may affect the expiry date stated on the packaging.

  • RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% antibiotic-antimyotic solution (optional).

PlateReady™ THP-1 Vials

  • Assay ready THP-1 vials contain THP-1 cells cryopreserved in a cryovial using CryoLogyx’s patented CryoShield™ formulation.

    Each vial contains approximately 5 million viable cells with cells retaining healthy morphology, normal proliferative capacity, negligible apoptosis levels (compared to non-frozen cells), metabolic activity and membrane integrity.

    Simply store at -80°C until needed and they are ready-to-use 24 hours post-thaw.

  • Immediately transfer to liquid nitrogen storage (-196 °C). Note: Storage at higher temperatures (>-196 °C) may affect storage lifetime.
